This is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom split entry home that was built in 1990.  It is located on 5 acres abutting a wooded park at the end of a cul-de-sac.  There is an above ground pool and fenced in area for horses which could be a reality in the future.  There is also a mother-in-law apartment that can be accessible from the outside.  The house is 3100 square feet so plenty of room both inside and out.  On the main level you will find a kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and two bedrooms.  Downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms (1 of which is a separate attached apartment) and a family room.  Being in a more rural setting with no bus lines minimizes risks of elopement and chemical use, though neighbors are still in a close proximity. Staffing would consist of a minimum of 2 staff during all waking hours and one awake staff at night.  There would be a vehicle at the program for transportation needs.
