Hermantown House (All Male Program)
This brand new home in the Hermantown area on 3 acres opened December 2008.
The Hermantown House is a split-level home. All rooms are spacious with a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and two baths upstairs (one of which is a private bath). Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, bathroom, family room, laundry and utility/furnace room. There is a nice yard with a full size deck off the dining room for grilling, socializing, etc.
The program is licensed as adult foster care and is serving males with TBI, CD or mental health issues. Staffing consists of two staff on during all waking hours and one awake staff at night. Of course, staffing ratios may change based on the individuals who move in.
