Behavior Aide/Analyst

Behavioral programming is individually designed strategies that decrease severe maladaptive behaviors that interfere with the ability of a recipient to remain in the community. Behavioral Programming may be provided in the home or within the community.

Behavioral Programming includes:

• completing an individualized assessment of maladaptive behaviors
• developing a structured behavioral intervention plan
• implementing the plan
• ongoing training and supervision of caregivers and behavioral aides and periodic reassessment of the plan.
